We no longer rent the clubhouse for events/parties.
The Wedgewood Tennis Villas Clubhouse is available for rent for HOA meetings, other meetings and those who live in the Wedgewood Tennis Villas. The clubhouse has a large room that can hold 100 people, a small room that can accommodate 30 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
Residents may rent the clubhouse large room only or both rooms together on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Only one event will be scheduled per weekend. The large room is available any day for HOA and other meetings.
The small is only available to rent for HOA and other meetings. The small room is not available to rent for events. You may rent the small room in conjunction with the large room for more space for an event.
Tables and chairs are available on site for your events. The clubhouse is booked by the day for events to provide you with the time to set up, hold your event and clean up.
