The Wedgewood Tennis Villas Clubhouse is available for rent throughout the year for events and meetings. The clubhouse has a large room that can hold 125 people, a small room that can accommodate 35 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
The large room can be rented for events and meetings. Event rentals are only available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Only one event will be scheduled per weekend. The large room is available any day for meetings.
The small is only available to rent for business and HOA meetings. The small room is not available to rent for events or parties. You may rent the small room in conjunction with the large room for more space for an event or party.
Tables and chairs are available on site for your events. The clubhouse is booked by the day for events to provide you with the time to set up, hold your event and clean up. Day before access to the building is available for an early set up fee.
